My dad always said " You can't eat crabs without a good knife". I remember he would look though my mother's collection of flatware to pick out just the right knife to use. I did the same thing, even altering one to use.I did not like the ones on the market, so I designed one that was comfortable in your hand and easy to use,you can go right to your mouth with the crab meat without cutting or sticking yourself and I might add it's good looking too.

I am sure it may feel a little new and unusual at first, but after eating a dozen or two you will wonder how you got along without it.
